There are two old pick up trucks that we use here. And when vehicals get old they tend to break down (alot) if you don't take care of them. And although one may take as much care of such vehicals as one can while on a daily budget, it can be hard to do. So what to do here???

Simply ask your old vehicals to stay in good condition! How? Very politely!
Why? Because good nature and positive thoughts require such things(at least in my book). For me it's all about making such RI ventures fun in life.
And when you do mentally talk to your old vehical act like it really does understand you here. Mentally see such vehical giving you an, "As you wish" answer everytime you do ask it to do something here. We ALWAYS smile when having such mental conversations here. We even "pet or pat" our vehicals daily while giving telling them how good they are. lol! Funny, Hu??
Well it does work (at least for us it does).

For example: We have asked our past vehical (which wasn't in very good shape) to ONLY break down in our driveway and nowhere else. It did so 2-3 times on different occasions (when it should of done so while over the road).
A few wks. ago one of the old trucks followed our commands by splitting one it's old dried out tire in the driveway. But I had failed to inspect such a thing because I was only going to the store (5min. away). The "splitt" in that tire then became bigger & bigger as I drove her (yes I said, "Her")down the road. It finally became a loud noise as a large part of that tire slapped up against the wheel wall (less than a mile away from home!).

Today the other pick up truck woludn't budge from the driveway. The battery somehow "finished" what little juice it had in it. Actually I had left the hazards light on for a few hours. BUT the life time replacement date was up on it as of this month anyway. The store clerk that checked it stated that the battery had a dead cell in it. Generally (or as I think) that battery should of lasted untill I got to it and was able to recharge it easily. But it was beyond recharging. So he (this truck) (yes I said, "He") decided to even save us $40.00 and tax by being able to trade that old battery (*even steven) for a brand new one!! It's seems that this was the same month in which I had bought that old battery just 2 yrs. ago. And thats what the two yr. receipt stated (that we could trade it in for a new one) Wooohoo!! "Thank you, thank you, you good little old truck, you!"

Reality stories such as these continue for us here and now (and beyond).

Think it's possible that we should make a RI song for our vehicals?? Heck, the Beach Boys did so! (409 & Little noose coupe)
