This has me pondering for the last few days....Is this possible? I know I was not dreaming. It was astral. I pretty much remember everything....I think. I must have quite the imagination if I wasn't astral walking.

Twice before in the week I had seemed to be asking elders in the Records...anyways

The other night as I lightly drifted off telling myself I'll remember my dreams and astral walk. I dreamed of a huge castle like hold, steps, battlements, hallways, courtyard. Everything was dark, it was night, with faint lightning of torches. I walked down and out of the keep gate, down the steps, passing a real ahole of a person who used to be my dishosest supervisor. She shouted out as I passed by her, while she was chained to the steps, "I like your clothes you have on." I replied,...um, some not so nice words.

I walked down the courtyard path a bit and re entered the keep through another set of huge stone steps. I walked down a hallway, passing people talking and walking, I passed a few people that I know who live close to me. I continued on down the long hallway, it was getting darker as no more lights were torched. There was light coming from under some doors. I knew that it was the room down on the right I wanted to go to.

Suddenly I was in the room, standing before a mammoth high boy dresser. Beautiful carving of beautifully stained wood. Off set into the right side of of was a type of jewlery boxes it appeared to me, with small type drawers. There was a matching low boy dresser to my left on the side of the room. I began opening the topmost jewlery case and lifted out a small piece of paper, and as I tried to see what it said,...I heard these words in my own head. It was a deep man's voice, very authorative. "Yesterday, you lead me right to you, Michael." I opened one more drawer quickly and slammed it shut. I felt as if I were not alone suddenly. I realized I was inside of someone else's body...???? I ran for the bedroom door which stood ajar. I felt myself pull away from this other ...body??.. and as I was doing so and diving through the doorway, I heard an awful roar of anger from whomever it was I had invaded. The sound was behind my right ear and above my shoulder. I was freakin. As I dove through the doorway and out of where ever it was that I was, I thought I would run as fast as I could, instead I felt that familiar lifting in my chest and was flying faster than I ever flew before down that dark hall that began to take on a tunnel appearance. I saw at the end a gate or door way illuminated with light green light in the fashion of a Trilithon.

I woke with a slam into myself and my breath and heart beat were racing. I was glad to be back anyway.

What the heck am I doing? Just dreaming? Is it possible to invade some one else's....what do you want to call it...????

Maybe I should just forget about this one. I've been having some really weird visions during the day too, and I've never done that before.

Definitely sounds like you were in a Phase Shift (astral projection). The "being in another's body" gig... that would likely be what is called "thought projection", i.e. viewing through someone's eyes.

You haven't exactly "invaded" anyone, you simply were looking through their eyes, seeing what they saw, hearing what they heard, but as an internal observer... so-to-speak.

I believe there is something in Native American shamanism that is similiar - in that they thought project into animals to scan out territory, do reconnasiance, get info, and so on.

"Shape-shifting" also borders on somewhat of a similiar principle...

Awesome trip you did there...!
