| I've looked around for this a bit, and besides the ones on PsiPog (the spinning visualization and just having it happen randomly), all I've seen is someone said that they "forced" color into the construct. However, if you can't find a visualization technique that makes sense to you, make up your own. After all, you're trying to communicate with YOUR subconcious. |

Well, in my opinion visualization is the best way, and I dont think thers any other way, cause, after all, you create your own reality. Try to use all your senses while doing this. Perhaps you must understand what Flaring really is  ...So if you can write a brief summary on your own words about it I guess that`ll be ok!.. |

A "construct" as he's talking about is a creation (for lack of a better word) made of Psi; it has colors, textures, temperatures, even sometimes tastes. By flaring he means to have the construct emit or reflect light so it's visible (to a point). |

| Can you feel the psi ball between your hands? When you can feel it, start compressing it as it says on psiorg. Gently push on it, in a circular fashion, feel it push back, kinda feels like a magnetic repelling to me. At that point I can see teeney weeny sparks starting, and the ball becomes kinda blurry. |

That´s right, all of you...
I believe that the type of energy use (Sun, Moon, Earth, Ki, ETC...) has a lot to do with the results and experiences you will get...Could you please tell me, amathea, from where d you get the energy and what do you do to make these psi balls?
I think ENERGY and PROCEDURES influence a lot, as do your FEELINGS and VISUALIZATIONS. I´ll try to explain this in an easier way after amathea posts her procedure..MERRY CHRISTMAS YO Y´ALL! |

Oh boy, Fen, you are going to put me on the spot now...heh. My procedures- ok, I'll try to figure out my wacky brain and energy for you, cept, I don't quite understand it all either. ha!
First let me say I am just beginning to get back into touch with myself and putting these pieces together again, I have been on leave for a long time...now I am rediscovering there really was something to having psi abilities and "energy".
A few years ago during my initial awakening with the Goddess/God and the All, I played with crystals in my hands. I energized certain favorite amethyst crystals (picked by myself at a crystal mine in Thunder Bay, Canada) in the moonlight of a window. This is where I first felt my psi energy. Playing with a crystal in my hands. Feeling the magnetic energy around the crystal in my hands...now I can do without the crystal in my hands, as well as the visualations of psi ball. Granted now, I'm not that good, at like say, making the thing fly around the room or follow me for the whole day. I'd say it disapears when I am done playing with it. Course now I've just newly discovered these psi balls in the last couple months, so we'll see how much more further develops for me.
My energy...after a good grounding first it is much better. Then a good meditation, which I seldom have enough good time for with all the rukus around my house. Yes, visulation just comes easily to me, I guess. I am a very stong willed person and I force myself to be focused. Most times I can focus, sometimes I can not. If I can not, then I try another time after I can do more grounding then that is needed and as well as some personal pampering... tee hee...ie: nice long hot soak with some herbs etc. Actually most of the psi ball energy is coming from your belly when you are first starting the exercise, get it really worked up. I'd say I do not transfer it up my chest and down my arms out my hands, but directly from the belly to the hands for myself....does that help?
