Its called, go buy a book. There are tons on that specific subject. And if you dont feel like buying one, your local library may have one. |

| Seeing auras is not too hard. If you daze at someone for awhile, your vision may blur up and you see this bright white light around them which is fuzzy. If you stare long enough before people start calling you a freak, you will start seeing colors. I dunno if this is true for all people but it is for me. |

If you can find a volunteer have them stand next to a white wall. Reduce the lighting in the room unti it is dim, but not dark. Look around the person's head area. It's more prevalently seen in this location. As you practice, you'll get better at seeing it.
Another method. Cup your hands like claws. Bring your fingertips close together but not touching in a dim room. Stare at the area between your fingertips. Not at the fingertips but at the space between them. After awhile you should see the energy jumping between your two hands. |

| The staring method usually works for me once in a blue moon, and I'm never really trying to view auras. When this happens, I'm usually meditating and then I fall moreso into a trance. I was looking at the other person in the room, and the colors moved with him. Of course then, I spent the next 15 minutes completely amazed by my hand because i could see my own aura. Really neat experience when it happens. |
