| That's a loaded question. You don't really create energy. What you're doing is gathering energy from the surroundings depending on the desired outcome. It may come from you, another individual, Earth, the sun, etc... More often than not, though, it's generic energy being raised, the energy that is floating through the area that you're in at the time. |

BABY MEEEEE not create energy maby but isnt gathering creating a prill energy cell is a radionic energy gatherer a piece of large copper wire like a solid not woven piece of ground wire bought from a large lumberyard for cheap price take the wire make a circle and a half out of it leaving a gap of maby a quarter inch between the circle and the half circle one has to be right turn and the other left turn take string not nylon but cotton or natural fiber and suspend the right turn one horizontally from the ceiling nylon will allow electron flow along its surface it can be within six inches of the ceiling the left turn one goes on thew floor let it be for a few days to a week and it will build a positive field you can add positive energy to pictures laid face up as many as you want as long as the edges arent touching also a positive field isnt a bad thing to have around and will fill the whole room another prill cell take a kerosene lamp glass chimney and make a turn and a half copper wire that will fit over the top and set on the rounded part of the chimney right turn of course another for pictures is a quartz crystal and a piece of paraffine each about the same size and leave at least a quarter inch between them the paraffin to the south of the crystal and put the chimney of a kerosene lamp over it leave set a feww days or so voila these do not have to be in the sun tne ions fro m the ionisphere will permiate right thru the house and gather at the crystal and chimney you put the pictures near or in the chimney not touching it very adepts used these to add ions to the human body a very subtle but useful energy look up genesia crystal a copper atom construct with copper tubing you can make yourself makes a large positive energy field make a nylon rope circle of maby seven turn spiral right turns of course and set the genesia crystal on it and the field will expand sicnificantly as it will increase the field of other positive energy polarizers take strands of fiber optic filiment larger the better hook the ends together small diameter of copper tubing from hobby craft stoor will work ends must be connected tho and lay outside maby on a porch railing ect and it will create a positive energy field |

| BAYBEEEE ME the reason i say that is because thats what i am at 55 to clarify last post of mine the genesia crystal is what you print into computer befor clicking the quartz crystal and paraffine of mine stand up the crystal has a flat bottom and i carved a piece of paraffine to look about the same size i have been advised to use quartz from north of the equator the south of the equator quartz were formed in left turn conditions primarily instead of right theclear quartz crystal has a rate of two positive polarity the glass chimney a rate of one positive the paraffinehas a zero rate and negative polarity this cell generates a positive/negative rate of one to two if only paraffin is placed in the chimney it will produce a rate of zero with negative polarity a piece of a persons hair can be used instead of a picture in the prill cells very subtle but ionic positive negative both and will adapt and become the frequency the body needs |

If you were looking for simple ways to collect/channel energy you could try dancing,chants,visualization, and will power are some effective ways to channel energy

Energy can´t be created nor destroyed: it can be modified.
What I think you mean is how can you gather some energy and play around with it! 
There are several techniques that you can use, but I will explain this one:
1.-GATHERING ENERGY: Visualize a ball of energy (how ever you think energy looks like) pooling in your abs. Keep your visualization stable and detailed, this means try using all your senses. Notice a sensation of tingling or warmth in that area. Try this excercise for several days until you think you have mastered it.
2.-PSI-BALL/KI-BALL: Do excercise number one. Put your hands ogether, perhaps with about two or three inches of separation. Now visualize energy flowing from your abs up to your chest and then down your arms and pooling in your hands. With it build a ball. Keep adding energy for some minutes. You will feel warmth and a magnet-like sensation. Compress the ball until it is strong enough. Then, after several minutes, let it go.
3.-CONSTRUCT: After you have tried last two excercises for a few weeks you will probably be able to try this. Start with Excercises One and Two. This time, as you are building up the Psi/Ki Ball Try programming it. Put these details into it:
a)Purpose:
B)Appearance:
c)How much it will last:
d)Anything else you can imagine:
After you make sure that you have Programmed your Ball with these you can let go and watch it. At first, you will probably notice very little success.
For this last excercise I suggest that you grab a piece of paper or something that can be moved easily and hang it from a tall surface, but as long as you can easily observe it. Program your Psi-Ball this way:
a)Move the piece of paper hanging.
b)It will look just like a gust of wind.
c)It will last five minutes:
d)It will be made of pure Wind Energy.
Try this and you will easily see results since the first time. After you have practiced enough you can start using other elements and types of programming  .
