| Hello all and thank you for reading my post. I have been fascinated by the idea of psychic powers for as long as I can remember, but have been completely unsuccessful in my attempts to develop mine. One of my main problems may be that the book I had put a lot of stock in did not really suggest meditation at all. There were some breathing techniques and a number of descriptions on how to use your power, but no real meditation. Since I have been reading this forum ( I read the whole thing last night) I see that one of the prevailing schools of thought is that meditation is very good for helping in my endeavors, however one of the posts that I read said that it was dangerous to be interrupted during your meditation. I was wondering if that was really true or not. I work nights and have a lot of free time on my hands at work, but I have a tendency to get interrupted every so often. I realize that it would be less effective meditation if I were being interrupted all of the time, but could it actually be bad for me? I also have a cat at home who loves to jump on me whenever I am trying to sleep or things like that as well. The time is very limited that there is not a possibility of my getting interrupted. I just want to be able to develop my power. Thanks |
