It's pretty straightforward.
I've attached two pics
2) Using an image wish.
1) Shows using a text wish
Yes you are right. Play with it and add pictures,text,etc.
Try out all the different 'Actions' and see which one gives you the best quickest results.
Experimentation is the key.

It will be different for each person but of course certain universal symbols will work good for everyone..though it still varies in each person's individual situation.

You can post your settings and screenshots to share with others what you are experimenting with,etc.
