Bonjour!

I am requesting energy raising of pure love energy fill and charge the city of New Britain.
It seems to have good people but can be dreary.
I have burned some candles myself for the city.
It worked but for a short time.

It used to be an up and coming city.
That seems to have changed.
The people seem to be such good people though.
I'd like to give them a boost.
I ask this for the highest good of all, and with harm to none.
