I was diagnosed with ADHD/ADD when I was four. I was extremely energetic and impulsive and my mother said that she and my father would be divorsed if I hadn't been diagnosed and put on medication. 12 Years later, last fall, I have taken myself off of the medication that I took for the majority of my life. I have been getting into the organic foods becuase I fonud out that I am sensitive to many of the things they put in mass produced foods.

At this time, I am at the most crutial year in highschool. I'm teaching myself to focus and concentrate without my pills for pretty much the first time in my life.


I have done Japa mediation with manifestation that Dr. Wayne Dyer teaches about.

I would like to request that you help me manifest for better clarity of thoughts and focus. To be able to read somthing in class and not be distracted by the least bit by people talking, figiting or other noises I should not be distracted by.

I just took the famed SAT today, and Had a horrible time concentrating on the reading section. Although no one was talking, I was still somehow agitated by the figiting of polyester clothes in the classroom.
