Hi,

Would it be possible that you could use your powers to improve my

fighthing skills?

I know its a unusual thing to ask for,

yust improve my tecnique, reflexes, flexsibility streight and balance

(not necesery to do them all, yust focus on one if it is esier for you),

improving the tehnique or reflexes is that is more than enought.

To be as specific as possible; improving the reflexes means that my body reacts avtomaticly and as perfectly as possible to the current situation, moust importand that it reacts in a fight, I think you have got the idea now of what i mean, (speed that my stikes and moves are faster etc.)

I train only for protection of myself and my loved ones, I vill use my new

skills (if i get them) only for this...

Hello, May I offer you a conduit for manifesting better reflexes and instant reaction? If you can, find an empty field and walk through it blind folded back and forth from one end to the other at least once a day. Don't use any sticks or anything to guide you, Just pick a destination at the end of the field and consentrate on reaching it blinded. At first you can peak every once in a while but do your best not to. After thirty days of just walking in this field blind folded, your reflexes will increase astoundingly.

Do it alone though, and try to find a place thats quite with nobody around. I offer you this from first hand experience, I originally did it so that I could strengthen my hearing as I am a musician. I did it for about 3 months, I now have perfect pitch and can play any song I hear instantly. But as a result I now also have amazing reflexes, plus I have better fear control, and I'm far more aware of my surroundings, When I walk through my house in the dark I can feel the walls even when they're five feet away. When I have made mistakes and accidently dropped things I am always able to catch them instantly like a flash. If you can't find a field and you have a back yard you can do it there but I really do suggest the field.

I was also a martial artist for a little while. If you do tai chi also start practicing that blind folded as well. And every technique or form/kata that you do in your normal style practice going through it "tai chi" style, go insanely slow focusing on energy. Try and make the most fluid movement that you can (this is hard to explain) Fluidity, slow-motion, you will find kinks where you didn't see them before, and you will find better ways to Step into Every SINGLE punch, through, kick, elbow strike, block, etc.while using body weight to offbalance and strike at the same time.

Read through this entire response a few times before, during, and after you try the fallowing technique.

Let's walk through a front double handed choke defense just for an example. In the kenpo I took, this technique was called the summo. I perfected it with a new twist through using tai chi and was able to come up with a lot of momentum theory with just this one technique.

Ok, Practice this motion extremely slow, pay attention to Footwork Fluidity, using your body as momentum and "The Push Force" that you exert that you can use to off balance your opponent as you go. (this is hard to explain in words but if you get it, your technique will improve dramatically)

1. Stand straight with your hands down at your sides, and feet spread at shoulder width apart. Imagine that someone is front choking you with both hands, with their arms fully extended.

2. In slow motion raise both hands/arms "circularly" and wide fully extended towards the outside DIRECTION of your imaginary opponents arms. So that they end up just above your opponent's head but away from his face towards you a little bit.

3. As your hands reach their peak bring both backfists down on each side of your opponents nose breaking it and in one motion continue to bring your hands down to knock your opponents arms apart. Complete the motion by bending your knees and continuing that monentum. Your arms should be fully extended down and out a ways from your knees. bend forward slightly if needed.

4. Now rise up and pull your hands together both palms up with your bottom hand's thumb overlapping your top hands palm. Now as you rise up from bent knees, put your hands together and stab your opponent in the throat with your fingertips, palms up, fully extend your arms to knock your opponent of balance.

5. Next pull your left hand into boxing position while at the EXACT same time, begin to step in with your right foot and "roll" your right hand in a circular motion dropping it from where it was into a complete circle. As your front foot lands, your right hand should end up in a front forearm strike, fist up. (the circle was to help create momentum) As you strike him in his sternum and already broken nose with the length of your forarm and hammer fist, also push your opponent further off balance with your full body weight, remain stable by sliding your back foot forward along the ground with the momentum of your body. (do each step until you get it, body weight pushes, rear foot slides and "momentum circles" are what I want to stress here)

6. Now after you "strike-push" your oppenent, rotate 180 degrees and raise your right arm in a perfect circular motion as high as you can, raise your right knee a little and slam your fist in a circular motion into your opponents groin. At the EXACT same time step back (towards your opponent) with your right foot while sliding your left foot along the ground with the momentum of your body. Your whole body should slide across the floor about 6" to a foot.

7. Now just finish it up with a back kick to the stomach or wherever necessary and run away.

Here is a very crude drawing to help illustrate. Remember always use full body slides whenever you step in to perform a strike. Step in with one foot, and at the same time slide the other foot along the ground this helps put more force into your blows and knocks your opponent off balance (He cannot defend himself if he is focused on stumbling backwards the entire time)

Do this entire technique very slowly, very, VERY slowly. Just genericly slide when you do it slow. Step forward widely and slide your back foot forward as you go. You should end up 6 to 10 feet forward from where you started if you have done it correctly. If you teach this to others face to face also let them know that if they are succesfull in knocking an opponent down with any push-strike its okay to run away from that point or move on to the next opponent.

This one technique was just shown to illustrate fluidity and momentum/force through circular
movements. These techniques may not be taught where you study, but I assure you they are very valuable to technique. Next time you spar walk through it with a buddy. If you haven't yet studied tai-chi I suggest you do. Remember the blind fold.
