Cubic Magic Squares are Cubes arranged into equal squares. As opposed Squares arranged in equal squares as is the case in Magic squares. Magic Square have no Depth.

In a 3x3 Cubic Magic Square the centre cube is surrounded by eight. Because of Depth the center cube can be divided into 2 and extended half up and half down. This oscillation makes a space in the centre of a Cubic Magic 3 square.

The centre cube oscillates into 2 cubes, fills and can then oscillate again to create a 3rd Cube.
