Hey,

If you want to be able to sense energy (Chi) then I suggest you meditate upon the navel chakra or dan tien (located a few inches below the belly button). If you repeatly meditate upon that you be able to sense Qi, emotions, thoughts, etc...

As for more Chi power I suggests doing Qigong exercises or the 5 Tibetan Rites everyday. That will vastly improve your Qi circulation.

Try this site http://www.lifeevents.org/5-tibetans-energy-rejuvenation-exercises.htm , and the exercises might be a little difficult a first, but its very easy compared to other exercises
