|

Hi All,
I want to be able to lucid dream but I cannot even recall my dreams. I think I recall tiny split second snippets maybe once a month or so, it's really rare.
In regards to lucid dreaming, I've tried using a bwgen (brainwave entrainment) preset that uses a combination of brainwaves every 8-9 minutes to wake you up, so that you can recall your dreams, and when you go back to sleep you should remember that you've just fallen asleep.
When I tried this it woke me up a few times but I still didn't recall any dreams. I tried it again a week later and I didn't even wake up (volume may have been lower).
Also, I've read too that a good technique is to tell yourself you are going to remember your dreams/have a lucid dream when you start to fall asleep, but I find that I drop off immediately. I don't even notice that I'm falling asleep and the next thing I know it's morning.
Any ideas on what I can do?
Thanks

Hi again Magnatolia!
You see, I am not an expert on Lucid Dreaming [I don´t even know what it is ], but I know a bit about how our brain acts.
See, you never forget your dreams, it is just that you don´t remember them sometimes. Even when you think you haven´t dream anything, you actually did have a dream, again, you just don´t remember. Our brain is a SuperComputer, where it stores absolutely everything we learn, most of what we see and hear. Dreams are stored there too, but let´s say that they are "secured by a password". Our password will be meditation.
This means that you will need to go into deep and relaxing meditation so that you can recall your dreams.
It is quite funny, that sometimes I get flashes of really old dreams and then I recall it completely.
GOOD LUCK!... |

| Keep a dream journal. Keep it by your bed, and the instant you wake up (even in the middle of the night) write down anything/everything you can remember. This is a basic memory exercise that is great for remembering dreams. Keep it up, and soon you'll remember everything about your dreams. |
