Just a little note.. The ebook has been downloaded by hundreds. The reason the download counter will show less is because I updated the file with the new version of the ebook.

It seemed to have reset the download counter.

Those of you that had problems downloading it can re-try now.

It's zipped and should cause no problems.

Remember to unzip and use acrobat reader as it's a .pdf file.
