Plane / Wide-Expanse / Checkered Field Experiences of Any Type...

Hello all...

Please describe in detail any OBE experiences you have had involving seeing or floating over a wide or endless checkered plane, a flat endless expanse, a flat patterned field, etc. Especially of interest are those experiences you've had before you heard of seeing or experiencing wide checkered planes or fields while OBE. Still ALL experiences are requested and accepted. How did the experience start? How did you come about seeing the plane? How did the plane look and feel? What was experienced while there at the plane, and afterwards? Did you enter the plane, or exit it??

I'm really fascinated with this and thus I am doing some research on it. I intend to write a comprehensive article on it in the future, organizing and sharing all I learn on plane / checkered field / flat expanses and OBE. EVERY ENTRY is important. EVERY DETAIL is important. When I get good enough at OBE I'll explore these things myself and report on it.

Hi Cezyl=).
I have had an experience where I entered a checkered plane I hope this helps.

This happened to me about 3 weeks ago and was logged into my journal where i record all my astral journeys.
I left my body with ease as I normally do in the evenings and met with my spirit guides as i also usually do. (notice nothing out of the ordinary yet) One of my spirit guides wanted to take me plane shifting which would be the first time I have done it intentionally. I agreed, and he told me to follow him. We left my garden where I always meet with my guides when I go out of body. I was blindly following him not looking at my sourroundings when everything started getting very blurry. I felt as though I was being pulled back to reality by staying in the astral world. I completly lost sight of my guide and when I tried looking for him I was "transported" (sorry I cant give greater detail I have no idea how it came about) to an empty white checkered plain. It was checkered diagonally and it looked as if the black checkered lines were in harmony with the white plain, kinda like when you know something is supposed to be there. Ok here is the wierd part anything I manifested while in this plane appeared with a single thought. It was like I was the an architect making reality as I go. I made a moutainous landscape with grass and snow covering the sourrounding area and as i added more things to my landscape I was getting farther and farther away from it. I then appeared right behind my astral guide from where before I lost sight of him. I told him about what just happned and he told me something caused a disruption in the planes which resulted in me being taken to a sub plane where nothing ever was or has been. I told him I had had enough for one night and I snapped myself back into my physical body where I wrote down everything as it happned in my journal.
