| Does anyone know how to contact your own Spirit Guides/Totems? I apparently have fairies and storks/flamingoes/herons as mine, plus an Indian warrior. I can see him, but the fairies and birds came to a complete shock to me when my psychic told me. |

I am really sorry that nobody has answered, but I hope this can be helpful. It is a recording made to find your Spirit Guide. I downloaded somewhere from the internet but don´t remember, .....it is free to download anyways.... Hope you find it helpful.

| meditate on it, try making the intent of contacting your spirit guid while your sleeping, when you go to sleep, make the intent and ask. having more energy always work too. meditation. |
