I need your help, I have no idea how a person meditates and i know it is key to using psychic ability. My problem is that I don't actually know how a person is supposed to meditate, one of my problems (as i write this it is happening) is that I hear my own thoughts in my mind and don't know how to not hear it. I have no idea how to calm or quieten my mind. even if I focus on something i still hear my mind going on and on. Please help me.

Hello friend,
I am a regular practitioner of yoga and meditation. Meditation means to sit calmly in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and try to concentrate the breathing process like slowly the the air inhale and then exhale. Try to become aware of the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. This sensation is our object of meditation.
If anyone has more comments here then can share with us.

I have ADD so I have archangel Metatron to help me focus. all I have to do is to ask him to help me during my meditation. However for you, you can always mentally vibrate SCRAM when thoughts come to your mind.

Maybe I am mistaken but I thought meditation was getting the mind to concentrate on the present moment. When we do concentrate on the present moment all other thoughts are shut out. With these being true, all you need to do is find something that absorbs you, that when you do it you think of that and only that.

This could be some sort of sport (squash, golf, tennis, etc), reading, anything that you enjoy doing. Do a little bit of that every day. It will spread into other areas of your life.

hmmm....well the only thing i can think for your thoughts to go away is for you to just let them come but try to pay no attention to them also focus on only one thing....like your breathing for example there is also another type of meditation in which you keep repeating one word to yourself that too might help
as for meditation being the key to using physic powers...i am not too sure about that....cuz i have ABSOLUTELY NO time when my house is quiet so i can only meditate early in the morning (which i am too lazy to get up at)
well my point is if you cant meditate just try using your powers sure it will take some time but they definitely work
