so im new and iv read a lot on here but am still unsure of where to start. i have a friend who knows a lot more then i but i dont really talk to her about it to much because when she was heavily involved in metaphysics and things like ghosts she had a lottt of negative affects and any time i tell her if iv even done a tarot card reading she says be careful. But in my mind i dont know why but i feel if you do things for a negative reason or believe they are negative or get into the wrong thing then its negative. but if you do things for good or the right reasons then you dont get bad things that happen to you. so anyway im wondering where to start. iv done some tarot card readings. i dont do it often because i dont have anyone that wants to have it done and i dont like to do it to myself to much because i keep getting the same general answers about my life lol. even when other people do readings. and iv tried to do astral projection and im pretty sure i was close but my phone rang and i was like ahh lol. umm iv tried to meditate a couple times but cant seem to get the hang of it. i light 2 candles and i get to the point where i am calm and thers nothing in my mind but i can never get anything back, i cant contact my guides or really get much from it. so help? what direction should i go lol. long message.... lol

just seeing whos out there. iv posted about four times but havent had much response. not sure if there just arent many people on here or idk.

Don't worry, I think it's mainly because the site is so large and people have varying interests in different metaphysical fields. I think it would help if the forum email digest was working, but I can't seem to get it to.
