Is there any one who can help me or guide me with my severe problem.
I am a garment manufacturer, based in Delhi, India. I have a severe problem of employees unstability. The skilled labour employed is all uneducated and doesn't realise the importance of deliveries in time. I have to constantly look for new labour every 15 days and the one's I get are not upto the mark as required in the industry. I have commited lot of assignments and deliveries and I am unable to full fill any of those beacuse of labour problems all round the year.
I ask for any kind of help that can relieve me of this problem as I can't grow due to this. Please tell me if there is a spell or something which I can keep in my workshop to get and retain loyal workers and meet my deadlines to grow.
Any help is deeply appreciated.
