As you may all know, there are many forms of kinesis and they each have their own properties.
The one that I'm looking to focus on to see if it has any existence is the positive energies that are opposite of the dark ones (lunar kinesis).
In the factions of life there are dark(negative) and light(positive) influences and energies that roam within ones mind, heart, and soul.
So if lunarkinesis has the properties of dark energies from the mind then that means there must be an opposite of which would consist of positive (light) energies from the mind.
How it may work would be the same instance as using rage, and ki with lunar to develop dark kinetic energies from the mind. Only, in this case it would be with positive energies.
My search for this starts now, i wish to discover this within me. Alot of times I can feel the positive energies flowing within me wanting to be unleashed in the most positive influences. (like psychic healing and energies that would be formed from the mind in the forms of kinesis from positivity). But in the mean time I just cant seem to crack the code, however my paitence is low, my concentration is horrible, and i dont take the time to meditate. Which when i get these focuses up to par then i will be ready to begin my focus on the "light" form of kinesis.
If anyone has any insight on how to go forth on getting my focuses up and techniques to help me discover/unleash what i feel within me that would be grand of you.
I will take any forms of insight at this current point in time and will be updating you guys on my progress.

Hello
first of all its amazing that you are going on this quest....(even though i am replying a little late) i hope you keep on updating us with your progress
also positive energy and negative energy....is there a big difference between them?
i dont think there is any negative energy because its well energy.....positive or negative....if you think abt types of energy like healing then that can also be done with ki which in this case would be a negative energy ryt?....i personally think that we have the energy of all four elements (yes even earth tho i am still working on how it could possibly exist)
this lunarkineses (wrong sp i know) must be something to do with the fire elements light but not heat......i suggest you try to set up your mind to do something (e.g make ur hands glow) and then try to see if it works with that positive energy
now i may have not understood everything so sorry if i took every thing in the wrong sense and lunarkineses is abt something else

From my perspective, 'negative energy' does not mean 'bad'. Just as on a battery there is negative and positive, the negative side isn't malevolent. 
Mysterious - in what way are you working on how earth energy exists? I am interested to hear more on the 5 elements(or 4 if you discount Vital).

Well actually my theories arent exactly based on exact proof and reasoning.....
its just that well i believe that....the four elements powers you could say exist within us
for example this is on very feeble proof but whenever i think of the fire element i always try to draw the energy from my head imagining it to be just as hot as fire
whenever i think of the water element i draw it out from my heart (i thought it should be from the place where the heart is because i am a cancer so my element sign is water ) sometimes when i want to cool myself down i imagine the coolness of water going around my body
now for wind i didnt exactly find a particular place to draw it out from so i always imagine it blowing inside my body i didnt use its energy for anything up till now though
now the fifth element you could actually say is electricity which i draw from my spinal cord....actually you could say there are six elements the
sixth being our soul (not exactly an element but lets call it that )
now i am currently trying to guess how earth would feel like and what its energy could be used to do
havent really found an answer yet but i am hoping that i will get a sudden 'ray of enlightment' from my brain
now just as a point all these theories when i praticed them are not enough proof that these elements energy actually exist but i am hoping to increase my control over them (it currently takes me at least half an hour or more of trying before i feel anything) also i doubt that anyone else has had such foolish ideas.....cuz i never make my theories from the internet i always make them up myself then test them out another reason why they arent very reliable right now
thankyou for asking.....and if you have any ideas on the earth element energy part i am always willing to listen
also i think you are right about negative energy not being exactly malevolent but well i cant exactly say there is positive energy either as i need to identify the difference between them before i can accept them...for now they are both classified as only 'energy' in my mind
wow i wrote a lot better stop now or noone will ever ask me a question again...

A lot of this stuff discussed here is hard to prove. But not that long ago it was hard to prove bacteria, magnetism, gravity, electricity, etc. existed.

I would put both of those under Aether(for the moment), elan vital, chi, etc.
As if everything is different wavelengths/frequencies of vibrating bands of energy and physical matter is just energy waves vibrating very very slowly (sound obviously vibrating faster, and then comes light which is faster than sound, Aether? Or/Dor/Por? Chi/prana/mana? <--which would be vibrating at the highest frequency?) We as physical beings(our bodies and dirt/rocks/birds/cats/chairs/farts/phones/Everything, etc.) would be made up of the same element? The 5th element, the 1 element that imparts all others at once - the Aether. The residual essence of Absolute Nature's primal scream of the Aum/Om.
+/- = the difference is the similarities. haha You can't have one without the either, at least not for long. BALANCE!
As far as Earth energy, I personally would place that to the Heart chakra before Water and Air before Earth. Is that what you mean?
Blood has all of them though maybe?
Heart pumps that wonderful iron(1.earth) rich blood/plasma(2.water) to bring oxygen(3.air) to the cells to be nuked for energy(4.fire). It is all in unison. Humans are alive because we are made of many billions of intricate entities that provide checks and balances(guttural bacteria, etc.) to maintain 'the Universal Machine' in optimal operation(like humans NEEDING to HELP Earth not Harm it!!). We are all connected. It is All connected. lol 
I am not sure how 'closely' connected this is to lunar kinesis though; The rays of the Moon are only reflected rays of the Sun.

I myself was surprised by the word 'lunarkineses' as i thought it couldnt possibly exist....but many names are not always based on properties so i was interested in knowing more about it
now for the earth energy part....it could be blood which contains iron and haemoglobin but i think that maybe all of our cells contain this energy maybe......because in our cells natural substances are there (e.g protein) and such which i think (not exactly sure can be found) are in the earth
this energy might be used to do something....still havent got there but your suggestion abt blood made me a little clearer as to where the energy would be located
also even though i said that the elements energy exists within us that doesnt mean its the only energy there
i mean sure chi and other stuff are there as well.....
(havent heard about ether and the rest though mind if you could please explain about them a little ? )
and well yes a lot of this stuff is hard to prove but well most of it has already been proved (however lightly) by people with more experience you know? like grown-ups and such.....while i have only learned about these possibilities only a few months a ago.......thats why i say that my proof is really unreliable
now about the frequenicies part...i agree with chi and the rest vibrating faster than others...but if you think about it....earth is also vibrating...right? (i hope) so then that would mean to be able to tap into the earth energy i should try to first match my cells frequencies with Earth's then try to do something.....now the only problem is to match the frequency........hmmm this is becoming more and more interesting.....now that i think about it.....people who do pyrokineses or hydrokineses would probably try to match their frequencies with fire or water.....the rest will be up to their will power but even just connecting would be a start...

now about the list you just wrote cats/dogs/birds/rocks etc being made up of the same element i agree on because every basic thing is made of particles (sure we are made up of cells and so are the other living organisms) but those can also be counted as particles right... as both cells and particles have energy (even though they also have many differences)
(wish my chemistry teacher could read this)
the balance of +/- one could not exist without the other is again true but i dont know exactly which energy could be plus and which could be minus so thats why i still dont believe in them just yet

it all makes sense when you think about it.....so all the elements do exist within us now all i have to do is to find a way to control them and attempt something

I see 'homework' as something someone else is forcing you to do. I am only offering my personal biased opinions as a 'mirror' to bounce your own research ideas off of. Posting links and theories lets others who have similar thoughts search and find them, progress them and/or modify them for their own ideas. Motivation. Inspiration. The Internet is amazing!
Youngin! Awesome your already this dedicated. Never lose that passion!
Kick the laptop to the side and study! You have tons of time to read and post here, get those upfront issues taken care of so you can let go, open up and really dig into some of these topics.

Hahahaha yes i see what you mean.....'homework' is a little bit of a too much forceful term to use but the thing is that soooo much info came up when i searched about these things that i was like.....oh WOW this is just like reading through the stuff online when you are working for a school project! (though this stuff is WAY more enjoyable)
and yes one of the reasons i love forums like these is because i gain so many different views and perspectives which really opens the mind to several possibilities.....so no offence on the homework part
Youngin? hahahahaha i feel like an old university student who is wasting their precious summer vacation for studying.....
and dont worry this website it doesnt waste all of my study time as i try to finish my studies early in the morning...
thnx for your encouragement...its not as much passion as it is for removing the 'guilt' i always feel if i get bad marks
because i do want to succeed and such but the main reason is because my parents are wasting so much money on school/tution fees and on me taking the exam so i will feel like i am cheating them if i dont give my best
