Many people are aware of the benefit of visualizing and calling forward light of various forms. I have personally found great success using this for addressing the human-level quotidian energy that is common to many environments. It simply involves visualizing yourself surrounded by the Teal vibration. At least for me, calling up teal often packs more of a punch than the Violet Flame. Probably because teal is the color of Clarity and Clarity implies being clear.
I have not tried this in working with apparently sentient energies but I do know it works well for ordinary (but undesired) vibe transmutation. Wanted to pass it along. |
