Hi-I tried an experiment last night.I projected a thought form via the third eye onto a mirror and dowsed with a crystal to see if if I could feel the outline of the energy.
It did work and also dissolving the thought form via a command also seemed to work.
This makes me believe that thoughtforms are real.Does anybody know if the thoughtforms are permanent or will they eventually dissipate ?

From my experience Negative Thought Forms will disappear once you create a Positive Thought Form through your third eye.

Hi. Can you give the steps or teach how to do this via the third eye?

Initially I try to raise energy in the aura.I visualise chakras from my feet and base chakra reaching through the ground to the centre of the earth and ask permission to bring earth energy up through the connection and into all my cells and out into the aura.
Next I ask for my crown chakra to open up and connect to source and ask for nergy to be brougt down into the body and aura.
Finally I visualise light projecitng from the third eye onto my hands and forming a bubble on my hands-imagine and try to feel the weight of the bubble and give it a colour-I use pink-and if you want you can put a positive thought or emotion into the bubble.
Then visuualise the bubble going to wherev you want-perhaps on a wall.Next dowse or try to feel the energy on the wall-you may be able to feel the weight or outline of the ball.
