I don't think it really matters. They all have the same effect, use the one that feels most comfortable to you.
Like, for example, if you're looking in the mirror and telling yourself that you're awesome.
Do you say "You're awesome!" and feel awesome?
Or do you say "I'm awesome!" and feel awesome?
See which one makes you feel more awesome, and which one you're more comfortable with.

i never feel awesome
But in your example I would use 'I' , but I don't really understand if radionics is sending a command to the subconcious mind of the target or whether you are asking the universe or whatever to effect changes in the targets life.
But if as you say it doesen't really matter then I will just go with 'always have good luck' without using you or I as i'm still a bit conflicted over this, and thanks for replying.[/quote]

Your words create your reality.
If I say my life is wonderful, then my life becomes wonderful.
If I say my life is awesome, then it becomes so.
Talk to a mirror, daily, 5 minutes. Tell the guy on the other side that he is awesome. Keep doing this until you believe it, 100%. You'll notice that you indeed will feel awesome.
Many people don't understand this, and this blocks them from achieving anything. They focus only on the negative in their lives, and all that focus on negativity creates more negativity, spiraling their lives into a worse one in which it feels like they have nothing but negativity in their lives.
To get out of this spiral and improve your life, think of the positive things. Be thankful for what you have, you have a lot (if you think about it). Think about all the people that love you. Say you're awesome, and you'll feel that way.
If I may recomend a book to you, it would help you I think...
