I can seemingly control the wind when I blow out of my mouth, even though it is a slight breeze. Can I get stronger with this? If so, how? I also want to control water and fire, and have no idea how. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

As I said, These things usually peek at an underwhelming point, usually indistinguishable from its original level. All you can do is practice what you doing how you do it now often. There's no secret or trick to it, besides mental and spiritual practices like the spirit ball, that is all there is to improving. And even then you're not exactly gonna be a fire bender.

you need practice. besides you need more concentration so you can focus to drive your energy to control anything.
