Hello VibratingPickle,
There is a semblance of shielding around you at this time however, it is not composed of effective frequencies. Dark energies continue to invade your being. I refer you to your last scan.
I know you want to create something which will provide that protection and that is ok, but where will you be if that instrument becomes unavailable for your continued use.
Shields need to be around you at all times. Any unprotected gap in 'time' is all that it takes for something to get to you. Shielding is something that you can provide for yourself as it is an ability iherent within yourself. If you have not already done so, I suggest you read my article on shielding, link below.

I tried using a diagram to program myself, since I am not very good with visualization. What I ended up with is a layer of purple/violet and an outer layer of white. I had only tried to activate it before meditation, after noticing that I had a lot of things around me within seconds of attempting meditation. Or if I felt something poking around I would activate it.
I am not fully comprehending why it would dissipate, needing to be reactivated. So recently I tried to make it automatic so that I do not have to think about it.
Sounds like I have a lot more to do. This is something I let work in the back of my mind until I have a good idea on what to try or do.
