the way i did it is i close my eyes and i feel something on my 6th chakra i was wondering if its valid but also i was doing that and these images start poping up out if the darkness into these demonic faces like a skull of a grinning wolf and along those lines. is just my mind or is it real?

Another way is to ask your higher self to let your 1st and 2nd eye translate what your 3rd eye sees into a visual image . Not easy but effective way to see stuff without closing your real eyes Smile

i see waves of particles or moving pixels 0-0.

Good thread, but there are many a way one can activate the third eye chakra. Every morning I use my index finger to circle my third eye for five minutes and this, alongside me personal exercise, is vital.

Just forgot to add on what I see with my third eye. I tend to have nicer images on my mind which is sparkling little lights of a multi coloured hues. Looks lovely and very conforting as if there are Orbs of the dead loved ones helping me.

Please define seeing things with third eye. Is it like having visions?

You can remote view with your third eye or you can have visions. Also possible to see what you believe but that is not the real. Or see a words before you like on a computer or see pages from a book as message from your higher self/guides.

Funnily enough I just had a third-eye experience in a brief meditation. At first I was doing a quick cleanse and grounding, but the light shining on my closed eyes presented the image of a fully-bloomed rose into my mind. Afterwards, I was drawn to my 6th chakra and felt compelled to open it a bit. Basically, I used tactile visualization to "feel" it open. I then cleared my mind and watched whatever images pop up. Due to me having unintentionally fasting for the past few days most images were vague and not very memorable. One scene stood out though. There was a indescribably strange creature holding up a golden statue of a man who appeared to be a ruler (like a pharaoh or priest-king). My view panned around this image and then I zoomed in and inspected the statue. It was gold with a deep blue detail around the base and the figure's "garments".

Sorry for block of text there, heheh. Rolling Eyes

Besides the images, I mostly saw bright red and kaleidoscopic orb in the center of my "view". The orb faded in and out of view while slightly changing in size and color.

I ended the meditation around there.
