i've been on a quest to commence Qigong training, and whilst i comprehend instruction from an Instructor, is superior to that of an Instructional Video, doth anyone have Recommendations for a Qigong Training Video, or the 'Style' of Qigong to focus on 'Opening Meridians' Likewise Energy Building For Psychokinesis (Telekinesis Etc)

| there is a qigong webinar this very nite! tonight beingthursday 8 march 2012. it's run by that bloke from learning strategies,and it's called healingfest.there doing spring forest qigong.a google search should bring it up.have fun:) |
