Its more of a two way street really. Anywho, mostly demons are selfish but they are smart in many complex ways. They have to be to survive and succeed in any copacity as they can't do much through force. Some will help or heal or what ever but there's always something they get from it. They're still evil rodants.

Why do all the topics about demons end in talk of them like vermin. For your information the modern word "demon" derives from the ancient greek "daemon." Honestly, I am a demon and you don't see me bad mouthing humanity. I just try to get by. I am reincarnated in a human body and missing a large chunk of memories from my past lives. I only read the topics about demons to try and find any clue to my past. Please keep any predjudices against demons out of the discussion and just be civil here.
Fyi. I am not evil, greedy, or anything else negative you have said; From what I can remember, I have done everything possible to aid or protect humans

Most demons are actually natural non corporeal entities and elemental spirits, alot of which where once considered as holy creatures or servants in other older religions, and often where Gods in polytheistic religions until the Catholic Church and other modern major religious churches came along.

Actually those were never actually demons but the christians literally demonized them to slander the competition basically. For instance Beelzebub (lord of the flies) comes from a god whose name meant lord of the halls, even going as so far in the classification of demons to brand him as a devil and making direct comparisons to Satan.

Mhmm, most demons who have a known name and are considered high on the hierarchy where Gods or such in other religions. Even Lilith was a Sumerian Goddess, i believe, though with a slightly different spelling of her name.

Yeah and most of those shared the origin of basterdized idols to pull worshipers to christianity. Same thing with the placement and numerous traditions of holidays. One reason I don't agree with organized religion on large.

To clarify though, that does not make them of their stature as those were never and are not demons.
