I've had levels 1-9 Kundalini Reiki attuned and I also practice Kundalini yoga. Still feel strongly like something important in my practices are missing though. May be someone can comment?

Well, I only mean someone alive in their faith, and who puts all of their trust in God. The opposite of a "real christian" is a "routine christian," as I call it. A routine christian is a person who goes to church every sunday, sings the hyms, and then goes on with their lives without trying to be like Him. This yeilds a person who will say that they are christian when asked, but under observation cannot be distinguished from the average agnostic.

i'm not impressed with KR, be honest it doesn't do a great deal. i find it is a well meaning cop out.
kundalini energy is powerful and require knowledge and action, you cannot learn that in a 25min distance attunement, please tell me i'm wrong.
kundalini activation releases powerful psycho-spirital energy that people who have chosen the most direct path to enlightenment in its most profound sense should attempt any kundalini disapline.
this is why i consider KR to be waste of time for me .
pls don't let my word put you off KR attunement because tha people are doing the great work and advancing the human race, love to all of you. bless every thing you ever do!

Kundalini Activation might take days, years or even several births 
a lil eg.
imagine monks in Tibet dedicate their current births to a cause of spiritual achievement.
their very purpose of life becomes to that of Moksh.
very few of them actually end up there!
we live lives truly in the material world due to us being binded by the cycle of Karma.
we wud naturally but of course take more more time than even the monks in Tibet
of course if your "path" has started even before this birth, you wud find extensive progress.
but hey, you have to get your intent, your study and knowledge right.
Once your head is clear, then submit yourself to the path.
dont wait for results to come, and dont just do your KR practice to achieve.
As logarith said, its maybe GOD who is missing?
So carry on with your practice,,,,
You dont graduate in a day 
or neither in a couple of months...every process requires you to walk the complete path

This is most interesting. Are there any good ways recommended to activate or build the kundalini? I don't really believe that we are bound by karma in a restricting way or in any way anyhow. I think we are here because we desired to be here and learn. In my opinion it is not karma, it is just us.
I think that there is a simple way to activate that kundalini, but that too of course never happens instantly, and truly needs that process to become active. Ain't kundalini the creative force that humans possess that lains dormant? I guess working on the root chakra would help.

Kundalini is more intense if you do not eat meat.
There is something called "switching your Amgedas forward". The Amgdalas are two small structures in your brain. If you tend to become maudlin when listening to certain musical pieces, your Amgdalas are what affect that.
There was something that surfaced in Colorado in the 1970's about SNAPPNG your Amgdalas forward to your frontal lobes using MUSIC. The idea was that if SNAPED backwards the Amgdalas would initiate the FIGHT OR FLIGHT responce in the brain areas there. Going forward to the frontal lobes the neuronal ENERGY from the Amgdalas would cause a RUSH of creative thoughts and feelings along with EXTACY. (sounds like K doesn't it)
This RUSH could be compared to what is called the "KINDLING EFFECT". As the phrase implies; something sparks and flames up immediately and forcouisly....like a tinder box fire. Kindling effect can result in a generalized seizure similiar to grandmal epelepsy. THE BRAIN IS ON FIRE. (hmmm. sounds like K again)
Kundalini is a CONTROLLED Kindling effect in the brain.
I initiate Kundalini by laying in bed and listening to certain types of music from a CD.

Whatever mental visulization of Kundalini that works for you is WHAT IT IS. WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW brought out the point that "We each choose our own reality from an infinite number possible quantum pathways (lives and relives).
There is evidence, and I am convinced that Kundalini exprence is the NEXUS to the Zero Point Energy Couciousness field. I also view ZPE as ALIVE and it is a concept that replace the KINDERGARTEN images of GOD which most people hold to.
ZPE is very close to the Eastern idea of a Non personal God. In the ZPE cnciousness field all of our MINDS are resident. What we have back here in Space-Tme is a "MEAT COMPUTER" inside our head. The unexplainable (until now)quantum speed ofthught and feeling occurs because of our MINDS. Since all of our MINDS are resident in ZPE field we are all brothers and sisters and WE ARE ONE with this FIELD (another name for GOD).
I suggest you THINK on these ideas about ZPE and Kundalini connecting you with GOD. The more you muse about these concepts the more REAL (your reality) they will become. When you remember them while doing K THESE THINGS WILL CLICK IN and will be part of your K experience Even IF THEY ARE NOT CORRECT FROM A GENERAL HUMAN LOGIC they will intensive your K because they are CORRECT and R E A L for YOU.
I feel K SWEEP over my WHOLE body. Chakras meant NOTHING to me in 1979. Yet I STILL HAD K. My reality now includes a believe in chakras but I did not NEED that belief in 1979. Wagnerian music is VERY POWERFUL for me doing K. Also, the further back in my life I original heard a musical work the more POWERFUL the Kundalini experience when I use it now to induce K.
One of the theories about laser healing and scalar wave healing is that the Scalar waves REVERSE the diseased, injured, or old tissues BACK TO AN EARLIER TIME when they were not diseased, injured, and or were younger.
Scalar waves do not travel in the physical domain like electromagnetic waves do. Scalar waves travel in the time domain.
I believe that a Kundalini experience TIME REVERSES the person having it. This is why K heals, rejuivenated and energizs.
