Okay, this is something I rarely tell anyone outside of people I befriend, or people who decide to speak a foreign language in my presence on the internet.
I seem to be able to channel languages that aren't human, mainly the tongues of elves, fae, and demons. It happens at will most times, but on occasion it will just come out on it's own. There seems to be no spirit involved in doing this, but instead, I just start speaking it.
The first two are probably credited to my many friends and foes amongst elves and fae, but the third... I credit that to both my hunting of demons and the times I've been possessed.
So, BS or not? I'd be willing to provide examples of all three.

I don't think this is BS at all. I don't have any sort of experience with channeling, but I know what it is, and I have no doubt that you could channel a language that you don't speak.
Also, could you show us the examples anyways? I would be interested to see what they look like.

Since I'm running low on energy, due to having eaten barely anything for the past week (not by choice), I'll channel a demonic dialect. I think it will pretty much translate into "what the f*** was that?"
Ahem...
Ixglav n'bor f'rgol asmi k'fte?
I notice that most dialects I channel involve lots of words with "ix" or apostrophes. I think this particular one is from a balor.
Later I'll post an example of elvish and one of fae.
