any advice? tonight i started getting this agonizing pain below my heart....and im pretty sure its not physically related although it still could be.....is it possible that i am feeling the pain of someone connected to me? what are your thoughts on such a thing???

You should seek medical attention before trying to assume anything else.

You need to rule out what it is physically before you attempt to determine if it is anything psychically.

Go to a Doctor and if you want a Naturopath.

Then come back here and let me know.

I agree with that - check with a doctor first.

I will also say that I've often felt great sadness come over me for no reason, and have been told it's attributed to you being very in-tune with someone else spiritually. Apparently when your auras are very connected, it's a sensation you can feel over large distances, much like how they mention twins can feel each other's emotions that way.

I don't know why you'd possibly think it's not physically related. If something hurts, something is up...go get checked out!!

Its just the way it happen to occur...that has me thinking it was more psychic than anything.....i was just walking home...reflecting on somethings...then bam...something just went pop in my chest....no I originaly thought it was just maybe a pulled muscle...but i just have a weird feeling its related to something else...then again im probebly jumping the gun......i just wanted to know how u uys felt about such things....as for the doctor im going to see the school physician tuesday......i dont have health insurance so im hoping that it really isnt anything serious.....

always before you assume a pain or any kind of activity within your body that causes alarm get it checked out. it could be the spirits warning you.

if the doctor or a medical proffesional excludes any medical causes then you can look at the spiritual causes.
to be honest it sounds like an awakening or change and questions just ask

spiritually, i agree with Nightfall02..
when you are closer to someone, or connect ureself to somebody at a spiritual level, your Auras get linked together in a way which i cannot really express in words..

and ofcourse, the heart chakra / solar plexus chakra are the energy centres for feelings and gut...

but ofcourse that is AS LONG AS ITS NOT A MEDICAL ISSUE!

I often wake up in the middle of the night. First i tought that this are panic attacks, but no, there is just a lot of energy in my chest(i can feel it). Does anyone know why?

Thats also happens when im with somebody, there is pain in chest, but only with definite persons.
