Does anyone have the instructions for this powerful meditation?

the infinity meditation

I used to practice this many years ago. it is a complicated meditation that involves the manipulation of energy to transmute the old energy and remove energy blockages. It is also used to help the earth.

I lost my instructions and cannot find the site online.

thank your for answering. It is actually running energy from your body and connecting to the earth's grid pattern. I found a CD and i ordered it but there used to be a free website with the instructions.

May i ask what is the Hara?
After reading the page it looks very interesting..How long does it take?
