I suppose if someone has some instant (CD or other) based method of DNA activation, .MP3 or .WAV files to listen to for activation and you can access them, then - GO for it. I've read that it's a bit more complex than and I only know two people who do this sort of work, but I'm an old phart - please don't hold it against me - I'm no Indigo Child.

In spring of 2001, I read this book: Dr. Eric Pearl's "The Reconnection" ... about his being (unknowingly) activated by a fortune-teller lady at Venice, California. Dr. Pearl was (then) a chiropractor who experienced significant changes into deep healing ability that occurred while working on his chiropractic clients. Without using his usual chiropractic skills, he was suddenly very deeply healing his clients.

When Dr. Pearl returned to the fortune teller to ask about what was going on with him, she told him she didn't know, but that he could learn about it in J.J. Hurtak's book, "The Book of Knowledge, The Keys to Enoch" (1973). ( http://www.keysofenoch.com/ )

I don't remember what chapter of the book that this reference derives from, but if this topic becomes active and I am asked, I will research it. Here's an excerpt I collected a while back - sorry I don't have a website page to credit it to - after losing a couple of computers since then, it's a wonder that SOME of my old files were stored on a CD. This is from one of them:

There is a flower essence bath and oral drops used with this DNA activation procedure - people (including myself) have found the oils use ALONE to be quite helpful for self-healing practices (this description I can come up with, without a lot of deep research).

Another comprehensive book is "The Power of Twelve" by Anne Brewer. This gives an excellent, broad review of issues to cover when addressing DNA activation, including clearing mental, emotional, physical and etheric blockages; healing of all sorts. It's well worth the read.

If anyone searches on this topic, they will also find many other references to it, including anywhere from 12 strands to 24 strands, to hundreds of strands. The bottom line issue is that HUMANS only got 2 strands, from what EVER our (birth) species contributed (evidently, by their intent).

If you can read (un-edited) ancient (now mostly unspoken) Hebrew or Sanskrit (pre-Flood) Books, you can probably recover much of this. Otherwise, you're at the mercy of others, some who know a little, some who know less, and maybe some who are maybe full of it and/or have things to sell (etc). Those who intuit are learning fast. (I'm not quoting books I haven't read - J.J. Hurtak's "Future Science" programs offers tapes on chanting from ancient Hebrew which he has used - with documentation - to open tombs in Tibet and Brazil - this is a real Indiana Jones type scholar, without the "moo-vee" hype - but without the publicity either, unfortunately)

In the first place, DO NOT pay anyone to allegedly activate your DNA - it is hogwash. The DNA activation process is an ongoing thing and you cannot do a thing to alter your DNA any faster than the normal process allows.

Everyone is in a hurry for spiritual development, but the fact is that there is no magic bullet that is going to make anyone move instantly into heightened awareness. Anyone who is trying to sell you something, like an alleged DNA activation, is peddling hogwash to the unwary. The only thing that will happen quickly is that you will be parted with your hard earned money.

There are numerous videos posted on youtube with emitting frequencies that claim to activate your DNA. These are also malarkey. The energies these videos emit, are actually detrimental to your development.

I understand there are sincere seekers in the world, but unfortunately many are looking for a quick fix to their spiritual desires. Such a thing does not exist, but there is no shortage of hucksters out there who have zero integrity and will separate you from any money you are foolish enough to give them. Probably 95% of what is available for mass consumption - from Eastern religions to the New Age - is only partial information at best, if not downright misinformation to steer you from true spiritual development. You have to ask yourself, if these methods are so sure fire, then where are those who can show you those abilities and have transcended the 3D restrictions? The fact is that no one worth their salt is out there making a killing on selling all these processes. Those who are truly spiritually inclined are not advertising and making money from their personal achievements.
