When you used the theta binaurl mp3... did you play it and focused on being in theta straight away and touched your finger at the same time or did you wait until you felt as though you were in theta first? Did you touch your finger the whole time?

you anchor when u feel you re deep enuf.den u maintain it until the end.

Perfume Magnet, I still can't get deep enough into theta state. I try, but not there yet. How long does it take for someone who is new and is there a trick in getting into theta? Thanks.

if theta takes u only to alpha.den mayb delta will take u to theta.search on web and download delta binaural waves den anchor...........check the technique i wrote out on the theta method forum.

1. First of all, my situation s going pretty good, but the (girl) still pops up my head throughout the day. How do I handle this? I have been saying "Cancel" and thinking of something else. Is this good?

I'm sure I'm getting into theta with the tape. I'ts definately deeper than alpha. I don't go to sleep although when I'm awake and I think of what it was like in the state I have very little recollection of it. Rolling Eyes

While I'm in 'theta' I don't feel as though I'm asleep, I'm just way more inside my head and I have to remember to anchor...

Also, my mind wonders, and I have to make a 'conscious' effort to bring my thoughts back to what I want. Now I don't know if everyone is like this, but when awake I always have trouble focusing my thoughts. My mind wonders continually. Random thoughts come into my head at a freakish rate - they always have. I'm being stimulated by my surroundings all the time.

I've been doing mps daily for 2 years, and been able to put myself into a relaxed state for 40 years, so I don't think it's a lack of practise Confused

Friends will often say to me 'Where did that come from?' when I come out with an idea or virbalise a thought. Everything 'catches my eye' as it were.

I guess my mind is constantly open to thoughts, ideas and stimulation. I'm very conscious of the syncronicity in my day to day life and the things that my thoughts manifest Cool

So. This brings me back to the start. Am I just going to have to accept that my mind works like this. Or do I have to join a monestry and become a Buddist monk in order to be able to focus continuously and consectively on a thought?

Bilbo, you say you have been doing MPS Daily for two years. But on how many targets and for how long each target? How has been your results? How much time has take you to get results wich each target? Are the results strong enough?
