I have tried everything I can think of to rid our small cabin of these pestilent little creatures from Gods great box of creations.
Normally I just ask mice and ants to leave and as long as I suggest to them an alternative home they usually oblige.
This time we have pack-rats and they are driving us nuts! as well as eating our house bit by bit.
We won't kill any creature unnecessarily. We have a home-made trap to catch and 're-locate' them, but this is so time consuming and it seems for every one we catch another two appear.
We have tried several things using radionics machines to no avail. Does anyone have a successful recipe (or rate) for cleansing a building of unwanted willful creatures?
Please.................aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

Recently had a problem in my office, I had crazy ants, thousands of ants appeared anywhere. Did not want to kill them, I just wanted to leave my office these unpleasant inconvenience. These nests had ants everywhere and walking in a row by the wall looking for who knows who else.
I got a simple free software called (tecnofobos), this software works with ultrasonic frequency. Use frequency "insects" by nights and in less than three days the ants disappeared, moreover, appeared drunk four cockroaches in the hallway and a spider dizzy too limp down the aisle. I was surprised about the spider because the software has a specific frequency that does not use them. This software has frequencies for rats and mice, try it and see what happen.

Do you have a link to tecnofobos? A google search brings up tons of pages in Spanish where apparently its a common word.

I think you can purchase commercial units that emit ultrasound to rid a home of pests, some of them are units, which plug into a socket and transmit the signal along the power cables, ultimately deploying the signal across the home. I don't use nay ultrasonic devices as I can pick up the frequency, and it really is painful, but if you don't have a problem with high frequency then you should be OK

Have you at least tried a balancing rate for the cause of the infestation?

Ramon Grace discusses a ritual he performs to keep snakes off of his property in one of his books - maybe that would help you.
I know that cat urine can also be very helpful. If you already have a cat, place some used cat lumps (clumping litter) strategically around where you think they are entering the house.
