The Psionic Ray Shooting Flashlight
We know that psionic energy can be carried on a light beam. If this were not the case photographs would not work as witness samples because a photograph is nothing more than a chemical or, now, electronic reaction to reflected light. Given this simple fact, it is possible to construct a psionic ray gun using nothing more than a flashlight.
Begin by procuring, without haggling mind you, an ordinary flashlight.
When you get the flashlight home from the flashlight store, take the batteries and your radionic box and set up the box for the rate for whatever you wish to shoot out of the flashlight.
When you have that rate, place the batteries on the output plate of the box and hook your headgear into the input.
Now think. Visualize as best you can that which you wish to charge the batteries with. See the batteries as empty vessels being filled with a light that contains the energy of your desire.
Repeat this several times until you know that the batteries are filled. Use the 0-100 dial on the console pattern in your notebook to test the batteries. When you get a high reading, you know they are ready.
To use the flashlight ray:
Place the batteries in the flashlight.
Point the flashlight at the witness of the target.
As you turn on the light, feel all the energy of your purpose flowing out of you through the flashlight and traveling with the light to impose itself on the target. Continue this until you feel that you are emptied.
Turn off the light.
Repeat as necessary.

I think the radionic box is different from the radionic transmitter.
In the manifest_generator.pdf it says use the radionic box to ask for the cause of [desire] not occuring, then take that a subtract 10 from it to get the frequency.
I'm confused.

well there are alot of different things involving radionics...
that manifest generator I do not know anyone personally who made such a device... it requires quite a bit of construction as well..
its a better bet to use simple tools first like chuckie's stuff...
it's also not very hard to learn about radionics at all.. google is your friend....

Um, two small things, photography takes place independently of psionic energy d_redant, otherwise we wouldn't be able to use security camera footage when viewed hours later. The way a camera works is something similar chemically or physically to the way a human or animal eye works, and they don't need conciousness to work.
Secondly, about using a flashlight as a psionic ray gun, check my post in Radionics Wands. I tried using a flashlight in 40 runs of RNG psychokinesis tests, actually believing it would work. No statistical significance. It didn't deviate from chance. Sorry about that, but I just had to interject. I do believe in psychic intention, but I'm afraid a flashlight doesn't cut it. (Btw, if any1's interested, it turns out that Reiki actually is an EM field phenomenon. One study done with reiki healers found micro EM fields around the hands of healers when looked at with a Super Quantum Interference Detector). (www.reiki.org/reikinews/reikin24.html)

Please explain? So you mean that psi can't be encoded with the photo? Psi is believed to be the carrier of the electromagnetic spectrum, so whenever a photo is taken or a voice is recorded their energy pattern is transfered to the receiver.

Well the discussions here do seem to be better than other forums, especially the general ones. It's a nice break to have a debate without some stupid sarcastic comment.

I've read a bit about that before. I think it's called a reversal. Say someone has cancer and want to use radionics to remove it you would first find the rate for it, find the reverse and use that rate to create your desired outcome. So if cancer has a rate of 255 you would subtract each digit by 10 to get the reverse, which would be 855.

Both, the machines just make it easier. You do it for a bit with the machine and then let it run and it will "pulse your intent" into the batteries. Go to bed and come back in the morning and pop them out and do a test with a number board or something.
