Hello, I am having trouble with energy/psi balls. I form the ball and gather the energy. Enough to experience sensations, my hands are trying to push away and all such. But when ever trying to let go or sent it, it just seems to stay there in my hands. I have tried mental commands to send it. I've also tried throwing my hands around with mental com's or pulling my hands apart for a bit. But the energy just seems to stay in my hands. Just recently I tried to gather as much as I could and send it and I could feel the energy wrapped around my fingers not leaving.


Any thoughts or tips on how I can deal with this?

The energy needs a target. It won't just be sent "away". Send it to the earth for reprocessing since you are new. The earth can handle it. You can use a grounding mechanism such as a stick or send the energy through your feet to help visualize the power going to the earth. Don't send it into electronics until you are more comfortable with the power.
