Any alternate ways I can increase my fertility? I am having problems getting pregnant, been trying for six months now and no luck. Please help.

there is not one simple correct-all answer.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked? Have you had a hormonal panel? Are you charting your cycles to see if you are ovulating?

Are you height/weight proportionate? How old are you? Have you seen a doctor yet for this at all?

I recently read some fascinating material on a mom who had a child who was born with certain facial deformities (pinched nasal area which made it difficult for her to breathe through her nose, and small mouth causing her teeth to be crowded). The mom switched to a paleolithic (caveman) style diet and her second little girl was born with well formed mouth and nasal areas. I do not know how much meat she ate or if the meat was cooked.

Many tribal folks have beautiful structure and healthy teeth. They feed the pregnant females certain nutritious foods to encourage a healthy baby.

Having a friend who had numerous miscarriages, I am concerned with your toxin level. Babies tend to be born with an average of 232 toxins already in their systems. http://www.ewg.org/home

I would consider cleansing your system to ensure that if you were to get pregnant that your system wouldn't harm the child.

One more thing to consider - does your partner have an adequate sperm count? This is becoming a serious problem for men thanks to all of the chemicals and toxins in the environment!

He can have a lab test conducted and if he has a low count there are foods and supplements that can help such as saw palmetteo herb, etc.

No point in blaming yourself if you are not the source of the problem!

Light therapy can be used to control your ovulation cycle. I'm not knowledgable in this area but check it out. Arch Angel Gabriel also helps with conception. Eat nutritious & take Vit b, niacin. Your partner should take zinc. Hoping you pregnant!
