I have a question about third eye meditation.
Is it necessary to draw our both eyes towards our third eye?
Cant i just concentrat on the third eye instead of drawing both eyes towards third eye?
I dont like doing it and it doesnt feel relaxed.Can i just simply concentrate on third eye besides doing this method?Pls guide me.
And if anyone have the link of third eye moditation pls post here.I need it.

And one more question that, is it necessary to sit with straight spine?Beacous i feel more comfortable when doing it on laying upon bed or sitting on chair with spreading my legs on bed.Is it ok?

I think you should learn to trust yourself.Maybe you need to work on your sacral and solar plexus chakra.Do what you feel most comfortable with as your soul,body and mind are more receptive to your heartfelt desires.I can see that you have some good suggestions.I just learn't a new technique from you.Visualizing the physical eyes at the third eye region is very very good method to try.I would like to visualize the indigo light penetrating it to fill it completely;i will then visualize the hands of my higher self opening it like a new born baby awakening.This is just an idea i came up.About the position,generally it is suggested to have a straight spine to allow good flow of energy but in the case of the third eye chakra,i think lying down is also cool ie guaranteed you don't fall asleep.Learn to trust yourself.Blessings.
