Hello everyone
Well i have been into energy for a few months and i have been experimenting with all of my chakaras for different things (e.g tried to give out heat or cold tried to heal or simply make an energy ball)
well there was one time when i made a new theory on how to change peoples moods (i keep on making new theories and experiment with them)
there was this energy i could feel come out without any effort at all....i was not focusing on any of my chakaras and i didnt even know abt reikei but i could definitely feel something
My friend later on told me about reikei and then i soon learned that to harness it you need to have someone to attune it to you
Now my question is.....is it possible to learn reikei without being attuned or even knowing about it?!

I would say it is possible that you connected with chi/qi/prana/lifeforce, which can feel a little like reiki energy depending on how sensitive you are to the differences. It's my understanding that reiki is set up to work through being attuned. There are free attunements available online, even through YouTube videos.

 i have one more question what is 'attunement' like exactly?
is it possible to be able to use reikei without it?
actually i thought that reikei was a type of energy that can flow out without needing too much concentration plus it never finishes so wont tire you down (of course you would be tired a little for concentrating but not because of the loss of energy) i also thought...well actually read that you dont have to focus on any particular thing it just flows out........well then thanks again for replying and i hope that i am not causing you too much trouble

Reiki energy is quite limitless, yes. What attunement is like varies depending on the person. Some people go through a kind of detox effect and others do not. Your energy is charged with various sacred symbols that allow you to connect with the energy. In my own healing work, I often use something that feels much like reiki but I do not think it is actually reiki energy. Seems more like lifeforce that has intelligence and goes exactly where it is needed. Very similar but not quite the same. You're most welcome for the reply, I am still learning what the culture is like here myself.
