i have been practicing ki on an off for a while i have opened the palm chakras so its kinda easy to make ki balls now.

when i manipulate ki i get all the energy from the earth then direct it to my palms. my palm chakras star pulsing i visualize a ball. and then i send the energy back up my arms and push my hands foward to create a flow kinda thing like the ocean. then i just visualize the ki ball and it forms

what is weird is that i have made energy balls infront of my mom and my friends. when i told my friend to put his hand in between mine he said dam dude is hot as fuk wtf is dat sum dbz kinda thing.then i asked my mom to do the same and she was like wow it feels like you got a little oven in your hands.

now people feel heat. i feel like electricity or a satic electricity kinda feeling. why is that shouldnt i feel the heat or do i have to practice to feel the heat.

See i have tried to make ki balls too....and when i told my friend to put her hand in it she was lyk wht are you doing??!! and its soo hot and stuff.....i knew it was a little warm but i didnt think it was that hot....it actually depends on how much energy you have i mean the more the energy the more they can feel it....like one time i told another person to do it and (their hand was warm) so they didnt feel the heat as much but they felt a 'pressure'
i make ki balls with the ki already inside my body thats why to make them succeed i have to wait for like at least three hours before the energy really starts flowing
another friend of mine said she feels something like electricity.....its a mystery to me but its nothing to worry about
