Sunday afternoon I was meditating. I was sitting at an angle covered a bit, since I get a little cold. All of a sudden I knew someone was there with me like rushing around me. I was sitting up, then felt hands on my shoulders then their arms were around me squeezing me. Could not see who this was and maybe I was not supposed to. Then I came back to myself.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. Have any of you experienced this? It's like out of body, although I'm not sure.
