What is the difference between low-mid-high level beats? I found a site where you can freely download binaural beats but I want to know, what do alpha, beta, theta and delta do and what is the difference between low-mid and high levels of each of these?

I think this all about "LAW OF ATTRACTION" which THE SECRET movie is all about. If you have already watched the movie, it really does NOT teach you anything, but gives you some clues about it. e.g. intense desire, belief, visualization, affirmation and releasing to the universe.

Out of subject; whenever I look at the clock in my car, office, pc, home or cell phone, it's always repeating digits (1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55) anyone has any idea? any kind of explanation is highly appreciated...

Hi Tiger, to answer your question, yes, this happens to me all the time. Different number sequences have different meanings. In my belief, it's angels, guides, or the universe communicating with us. Like take 222 for instance; every time I see that number, I am mentally planning something. The only way I can describe it is that the universe is allowing us to be more aware of our own thought process. And if any of you have seen the Number 23 movie, I have my own personal meaning for that number. It seems to be telling me that I am judging things, people, etc. Happens too much to not be true Very Happy

hi about reprogramming ur subconscious mind, can anyone give examples. like say for example: u want to feel more attractive or confident or respected .. how wud u program that?

relax ur mind and then say that u r attractive, confident n respected?? what kind of visualization would u do?

can anyone give practical, step by step methods that u know work for sure?

Hi any updates on the subliminal audios d_redant? I hear using 8 second loops (close to 7.83Hz schumann resonance?) combined with some kind of brainwave entrainment sound is the best way to reach the subconscious...wonder what you think of these programs?

you can basically make your own subliminal recordings and use that to program your mind.

All you have to do is speak into a microphone and record the affirmations.

then turn these down enough so that they become subliminal - ie so that you can hardly hear them.

even if you did hear them consciously, they would still be highly effective. your mind won't be concentrating on the subliminals entirely - especially if your doing other day to day things.

this is what I do and it works without a doubt. You can also change the scripts around really quickly if some of the messages dont gel with you

This is really interesting...

What I did is putting my subliminals in mp3 songs. I mixed so the voices can't be heard, and I have to say it's working... slowly, but working at least.

I also found that I had better results using a "robotic" voice rather than my own voice. I don't know why, maybe my emotions were getting in the way...
