can you sense energies from people that don't have very strong psychic connections, or at least people that don't think they have strong psychic connections?

Although I do sense energies in times of urgency, my area is observing energies, and manipulating them as the moment requires. It matters not if an individual is aware or unaware of any psychic connections.
