my brother told me today about on time when i was 12. i was living in my house and was in a room by myself. in the next room was my brother and my mother. my brother woke up seeing 4 or 5 dark hooded figures walking into my room. he woke up my mother asking "why are there hooded people walking into reuben's room?" my mother woke up that second because she remembers seeing the same thing a week before. i remember nothing. i dont remember her comming into my room that night and asking me about it. i dont remember her asking about it that whole week. because i cannot remember i dont know what to do. how do i "open the third eye"? i can kind of see into the "other world". but most i see is shadows. and only if they want to be seen. i wish i could remember. why me? why come to see me? i just dont get it. can Any One help?

I get them all the time, every night.

It means that your vibration is high enough so that you can now catch glimpses of other dimensional beings.

They've always been there it's just that you now can perceive them.

There's nothing to be afraid of, but you might very well be.
