Planetary Powers

Colours vibrate or oscillate at specific frequencies, so if you choose a coloured candle which corresponds to that of the particular planetary force related with your desired objective, you will fortify your goal because like attracts or effects like: one of the fundamental principles of all occultism.

If you would like to add another realm to your spell perform it on the day that comes under the chosen planetâ€™s domain of command; the seven orthodox planets were each given rulership over one of the days of the week.

Having just illustrated an elementary candle magic spell, the following information on planetary colour, days and zones of authority should permit you to carry out a potent magic spell.

The Sun - Sunday.
Colours: gold, orange, coral and yellow.
Governs: will power, strength, leadership, confidence, fame, health, the performing arts, entertainment, teaching, fatherhood and success.

The Moon - Monday.
Colours: silver, opal shades and white.
Governs: womenâ€™s affairs, fertility, motherhood, the home and family, creativity, intuition, the mysteries, astral projection, clairvoyancy and perception, the subconscious, travel by water and all maritime subjects.

Mars - Tuesday.
Colours: strong reds.
Governs: stamina, masculinity, decisiveness, courage, competition, militancy and confrontation.

Mercury - Wednesday.
Colours: lemon, black and white combined.
Governs: the intellect, wit, trade and commerce, communication, language, education, the media, business contracts, merchandise, vehicles, land or air travel, short trips and healing.

Jupiter - Thursday.
Colours: Purple, dark blue, indigo.
Governs: prosperity, financial speculation, litigation, benevolence, religion, friendships, social prestige, higher education, and foreign travel.

Venus - Friday.
Colours: light to mid blues, greens and pinks.
Governs: love, marriage, harmony, beauty , pleasure, fashion, dance and music, material wealth, personal income and earnings.

Saturn - Saturday.
Colours: black and brown.
Governs: real estate, property, land, agriculture, mining, archaeology, inheritance, antiques, economy, vocational motivation and career success.

New Planets

Pluto - Tuesday.
Colours: red, brown and dark grey.
Governs: magic, religious retreats, meditation, criminal investigation, geology, deep-sea and underground research.

Neptune - Thursday.
Colours: grey, soft blue and pastel tones.
Governs: mediumship, psychic powers, photography, film-making, writing, poetry, drugs and alcohol,

Colours: electric blue and shocking pink.

Infobot, thanks for this list. I was planning on going to a metaphysical store today and get more candles. I never really tried to meditate with certain color and do spells with them until recently.
I asked a question on the psychic board a few weeks ago about how I was worried our landlords were going to come in and inspect every apartment. I have cats and they are not on the lease. I can't afford to pay more rent. The advice was to meditate on a white candle and write inspectors on it. I didn't do it and instead put my cats in the car and spent all day running around with them doing errands or just sitting in the car reading. It was so boring and my cats were suffering from heat and not knowing what I was doing. I kept calling my husband and he kept telling me no they didn't come yet. Finally I had to get to work so I returned home. They left a note saying they didn't have time to come trough and woulkd be back tomarrow. That night I meditated on the candle. When I woke up in the morning I lit it again. We heard a story from a friend that did this same thing only he went a little overboard and covered everything he owned in white to protect his surroundings from another individual who threatened to practice black magic on him. It worked so good his own friends were to come over the next day and called and said they couldn't find his place and they had been there before! I think the same happened to us b/c these people never returned the next day and we never heard anytihg about since then.
I lit some red candles trying to get my husband to be more romantic and I whispered in his ear when he slept that he should be more romantic when I light the red candle. It didn't quite work, but the next day he went and bought a purple candle and 2 red candles! Now I see I should of used the colors pink, green or light blues. But he did take me out a few nights later and we had some fun.
This past week I had to take a test to pass my state boards for cosmetology. I lit a lite greenish, gray candle and did the same thing and passed. Now I know its not quite the right color. But thinking on it and keeping it in your mind works. Then during the test if I'd get stuck on an answer I would sort of unfocus my eyes and say help and then I would see an invisible circle over an answer. It was multiple choice so it was already pretty easy, but using my psychic abilities helped. You just really have to let go, trust and believe. I am learning all of this and want to take the steps on a spirtual path and am trying to do all I can with all the changes and challenges I now face. The three new planets dont have coresponing Archangels that I know of but it may be posable to assign them one with a little research.
