Thought I would introduce myself to everyone here
Hi
I have been a practising witch for the last two up to three years, or at least I have defined myself as a witch for the past two years. I have been practising folk based magic in one from or another most of my life.
Have been studying witchcraft for quite a while, but really started to study witchcraft about five years ago.
Currently I am focusing my attention on trying to live the old ways in a practical and down to earth basis, for example I live my beliefs in my daily life, in giving back to the earth what I take, listening to my body and intuition. I am a quite down to earth and practical person. Its because of this that my practise is very much based around folk magic (British and Irish) and leans heavily towards green witchcraft. My practise also draws heavily on my spirituality which is pagan and very nature based. I also work with my ancestors and do a lot of spirit work.
Recently I have become very interested in hoodoo. Just feel very drawn to how practical it is and also the spiritual side of it. Would love to learn more about this.
