I do not look human...People say I look like a vampire,elf,fairy,angel,demon,phantom, and my friend told me I might be a werefox or weretiger.My other friend says that I am not human but has no idea what I am. My other friend says that I am a Phoenix. And then I am told that I am the daughter of a god, Atlas. What could I be?

I'll be the one to shoot you down. Your a human being, and just a human being.
Is that a bad thing? HELL no. In fact, its the best thing possible. Vastly better then the list you described. I could go through that list and pick each apart, but I won't. Highest on that list though, is probably a vampire... but even they are lesser to a human, because the reason they ARE vampires is an energy deficiency.
The world we live in isn't a fairy tale. And thankfully so. Its much, much better.
As a human being, you exercise free will in all circumstances(most of the above beings do not) and you have an infinite ability to grow on the planet Earth. Thats enviable.
So to summarize... Your a human being. And thats the best kind of thing to be.

I doubt you're anything other than 100% regular human, and few people will believe your "inhuman appearance" unless you supply a photograph.

What about those with fay blood? would those people be 100% human? or those with a vampiric or lycanthropic pathogen disease? (not the hollywood manufactured versions of these)

And what if he is a unicorn, or maybe he's God Almighty himself? The fact is that without any details other than "I don't look human and people say I look like these dozen unrelated mythological beings," we have no reason to believe that he is any of those things. People who pretend to be or are mistaken about being something supernatural are infinitely more common than those who actually are.
