I think manifestation is based solely in our belief that the manifestation will come to pass. I've been able to manifest simple things that the chances of them happening were once in a life time. I was able to do this because I believed or allowed this occurrence into my conscious existence. Basically, everything is everywhere, you don't create it, and your ability to experience it is based on your belief that you will or are experiencing it. Anyways, that's the best way I can describe it. If you manifest a certain technique as the key to being able to manifest properly, then that will be your experience. Do you understand what I am saying?
