I've tried wish machines and psychotronic generators. I can't get them to work for me. Can anyone speak to this? I've wished for things like money and medical/health outcomes.

There are many reasons why it wouldn't work, or doesn't seem like it is working. During meditation, accept the following -
= It's not working.
= You want it to work.
= You don't understand why it doesn't seem to work- you don't know why, and want to know why.
Then listen, and listen well. Ask for answers, and patiently wait. If you hear nothing after what you feel is a very long time, calm yourself, meditate deeper, and ask again - the same three thoughts.
The answers will come to you.
